we have full exclusivity of the venue however space is limited. immediate family and bridal party will be given priority of the rooms on site and the remaining rooms at the venue will be at a first come first serve basis once the RSVP and deposit is received. we have a handful of rooms reserved at another hotel and transportation will be provided to and from the main venue periodically throughout the duration of our wedding week.
will there be parking available?
there will be plenty of parking available at the venue for anyone who rents a car.
are children invited?
while we love your littles, outside of our nieces and nephews this will be an adults only event.
will there be vegetarian or gluten-free options?
yes! we will have a variety of options to meet everyones dietary needs. please be sure to include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can be sure to meet your needs.
are photos allowed during the ceremony?
we will set aside time at the beginning of the ceremony for personal pictures. following that moment, we kindly ask that there are no phones & cameras during our wedding ceremony.
what are we doing before and after the wedding?
to celebrate our wedding we'll be having four days and three nights of fun! please refer to the "wedding" drop down on the main menu for a full breakdown of events day by day.

In order to finalize your RSVP we kindly request a deposit of $300 (per room) to hold your spot for the wedding. This is a non refundable deposit that will go toward the price of your room.
